WebDAV is a technology to present folders that are stored on a webpage to be used like any local folder. This description explains how to setup and use WebDAV (known as webfolders under Windows).
Windows
Initial Setup
The following steps have to be completed once to setup the webfolder:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Press Ctrl-O (Open)
- Enter the following URL: https://fish-serv.dyndns.org/documents and check the box "open as webfolder"
- If you get a warning regarding the Security Certificate, simply press "Yes" to accept it.
- When prompted for a username and password, enter the credentials received via email. You may want to check "safe password" for easier use of the webfolder.
