As you can see from the Hauptbahnhof, you can easily walk to our place, but that will take you about 20 minutes. :-) With the tram you can take number 3 and stop at Bezirksgebäude and walk towards Langstrasse, turn left into Anwandstrasse and the first junction turn left again into Kernstrasse. You can also take tram number 8 or bus number 32 and stop at Helvetiaplatz.
